We are a family gourmet food business based in Crickhowell, South Wales, in the heart of the Black Mountains.
All our gourmet food is carefully sourced from British suppliers and traditionally processed at our smokehouse.
Our delicious, award winning gourmet food range includes: Premier Smoked Salmon, (Our Smoked Salmon Rated 5* Observer 11/07), Gourmet Oak Roasted Salmon, Gourmet Gifts Baskets & Boxes, Smoked Trout and Smoked Haddock, Smoked Duck, Smoked Chicken (All Commended in the True Taste Awards 2005 & 2006), infamous Smoked Welsh Dragon Pork Sausage as well as Ham, Dry-cured Bacon and Smoked Cheddar.
We offer nation-wide UK mail order and a customer and corporate gifts service. We supply wholesale to quality caterers, hotels, gourmet food restaurants and pubs, delicatessens, farm shops and independent retailers. We also undertake commission smoking.

Provenance:
Our smoked food is traditionally cured and naturally smoked on site at our smokehouse in Crickhowell.
We source quality British fish, meats, poultry and cheese from carefully selected and trusted UK suppliers as locally as possible. We take enormous pride in knowing the exact provenance of everything we buy.
All our salmon is sourced from one independently owned, sustainable farm, with "RSPCA Freedom Foods," approval. The salmon are fed a diet of high quality fish meal and fish oils derived from wild caught small fish, such as capelin, which they would eat in the wild and are low density reared in high currents enabling them to swim and shoal as they would in the wild. Packaging:
All our products are packaged in smart but simple gold packs. Our packaging is kept to a minimum to reduce the cost to you and to minimise its environmental impact. The quality of our range of smoked foods is in the eating, not in expensive packaging that ends up in the bin!
Product Care:
All our products are freshly prepared and vacuum-packed and therefore can be frozen without loss of flavour or texture. Alternatively they should be kept refrigerated at or below 3°C and should always be consumed within 3 days of opening. The shelf life of smoked food varies from 10 and 28 days depending on the particular product.
