Super Smoked!
We are very proud to have supplied over 100kg of Smoked and Oak Roasted Salmon as well as Gravadlax for the hospitality boxes at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. This photo shows just one of the platters Malcolm Faulkner and his fabulous catering team produced for the Wales Ireland match last weekend.
