A delicious alternative to nail-biting at the Six Nations!

We are very proud to have supplied over 100kg of Smoked and Oak Roasted Salmon as well as Gravadlax for the hospitality boxes at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.  This photo shows just one of the platters Malcolm Faulkner and his fabulous catering team produced for the Wales Ireland match last weekend.  

We are extremely lucky that Malcolm is a passionate supporter of Real Local Produce.  He produced a wonderful spread which included Smoked Salmon Crostini, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagels, Oak Roasted Salmon Mousse and honeyed Gravadlax.
