Hello all at Black Mountains Smokery

 I simply wanted to say how utterly delicious we thought your products are. I first came across them at the Harrodian School Fair and placed an order for Christmas. I took a hot smoked salmon (as well as some chicken and duck) to my family in Holland. Everyone loved it, which is no mean feat in the country that produces some fantastic smoked eel and where smoked fish is a bit of a tradition on Christmas eve. 

I can't wait to order again soon, I just need to conjure up the right occasion. Many thanks, IH

We are now back in France and just want to say thank you for the excellent food which was delivered to family and friends according to our 4 orders.  It was such an easy way to send Christmas gifts for us and all recipients were delighted.  The smoked salmon collected from you with our son on Friday 23rd, which we had in Cardiff on Xmas Day, was quite the best we have tasted.  We will definitely repeat the exercise next year!

 I received my order on Tuesday and would like to say how pleased I am with it.  Excellent packaging. We have tried the salmon (great texture and flavour)  the cheeses (outstandingly smoky)  and the dragon sausages (satisfyingly spicy) and look forward to the duck, chicken, trout and bacon.  Best regards JW
