Whole Honey-Mustard Glazed Ham

Our hams are delivered vacuum packed and this can cause the glaze to soften. Make your ham into a stunning centre piece and fill your kitchen with festive aromas; Simply mix honey, mustard and brown sugar together into a paste and spread over the ham, dot with cloves, (Which we can't use as they  pierce the vac packing) and caramelize with a cook's blow torch (The best tenner you could ever spend!).

Top Tip:  Ham leftovers are delicious in canapés with creamed horseradish mustard and red onion marmalade, risotto with turkey bits and dragon sausage or classic rustic Minestrone soup.
