Our 21st year brought a new weekly smokery tour and tasting.
11am every Wednesday from March to September
- A guided tour around the smokery production area with insight into the history of curing and smoking and traditional processes.
- Understand the workings of our kilns for hot and cold oak smoking.
- A demonstration of hand slicing smoked salmon.
- A tutored tasting of our award winning smoked foods with specially selected accompaniments
- Time in our showroom to find out more about the producers we work closely with.
- The opportunity to view our range of hampers and purchase produce.
- At the end of your experience you will receive a complimentary pack of smoked salmon, duck or chicken to take away and you will have the opportunity to purchase more items..
