Let us introduce you to our favourite Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is imported for us from Calamata by our lovely friend Zenon of The Olive Press in Ludlow.
Sourced from a single estate small producer this unfiltered olive oil is extremely low in acidity and therefore really smooth to taste. Sold in a “winebox” it stays very fresh and is easy to decant. At only £8/litre it is fabulously good value for olive oil of this quality.
It is also a favourite of the Walnut Tree Inn and Hibiscus of Mayfair.
