For a more robust flavour, our Oak Roasted Trout are cured and hot-smoked as fillets with a twist of crushed black pepper.
Serve with a wedge of lemon and creamed horseradish mustard or a Waldorf salad of apple, celery and walnuts; Also a delicious ingredient for a paté or dip served with sliced pitta bread and crudité.
