Our Smoked Whole Boned Quail are lightly cured and gently oak-smoked to enhance their delicate game flavour. They are a wonderful addition to a cold meat platter.
For a starter try sliced smoked quail on a nest of dressed salad leaves or baby leek vinaigrette with a drizzle of melted Thai Jelly.
