Our smoked fish is delicately cured and traditionally produced using natural, smoldering oak smoke.
We source our fish carefully from well managed sustainable stocks or farms as advised by the MCS. The haddock, mackerel and herring are from North Sea stocks, pearly fresh and ungraded - not frozen at sea. For more information visit the, “Consumer Guide to Sustainable Seafood.”
