Commission smoking

We undertake commission smoking of fishermen’s fish – trout and salmon.

It is best to phone or contact us to book your fish in. You can then deliver it to us frozen with instructions for smoking and slicing. We will phone you when it is smoked to arrange for collection or dispatch.

Cured and smoked, trimmed, pinboned & vac-packed

We charge £16 per fish
Plus an optional £2.50 for slicing into sides or packs
Plus an optional £4.95 delivery by overnight courier

Please note that we cannot offer this service between end October and the New Year.

 

We also commission smoke for several cheese-makers in and around Wales and the Welsh Borders and Marches.  These include The Blaenafon Cheese Company and Mousetrap at Monkland.
