Very intense in flavour, these trims are the outermost slices of our smoked salmon. They are really good value and a great ingredient with cream, crème fraiche, cream cheese or eggs.
Use finely chopped in quiches, pasta dishes, pates and dips. Serve with scrambled eggs and a sprinkling of garden herbs
