Lovingly made by the hand of Angharad at The Preservation Society nearby in Chepstow, this preserve can be eaten out of the jar with a spoon - delicious with our Welsh yoghurt too.
Angharad's jams are as fruitful as my darling Mum's were in her day. Enjoy on hot buttered toast for breakfast, scones for tea or just stir into yoghurt for an easy pudding!
...Angharad of The Preservation Society our dear friend, neighbour and unrivalled queen of preserves.
