Award-winning Pinot Noir from wonderful nearby White Castle Vineyard. A light red wine without oak. We enjoy serving this wine chilled in the summer - it reminds us of happy times drinking chilled red wine in Botswana and South Africa!
This wine was released during Welsh Wine Week 2019, it's palette holds bold flavours of blackberry with hints of vanilla and it is very well balanced.
White Castle Vineyard’s quality Welsh wines have won many awards and competitions including Welsh Wines of the Year, The International Wine Challenge and Wine GB.
“We have carefully selected varieties that we know will grow well in our soil and produce grapes of the highest possible quality in the microclimate of the vineyard.
The grapes are closely monitored, as they ripen they will be carefully hand-harvested and selected, then immediately transported to the winery for pressing to ensure we retain all the freshness and fruity aromas intact.”
