A guided tour around the smokery production area with insight into the history of curing and smoking and traditional processes. Understand the workings of our kilns for hot and cold oak smoking and learn how to hand slice smoked salmon. Enjoy a tutored tasting of our award winning smoked foods with specially selected accompaniments and time in our showroom to find out more about the producers we work closely with. At the end of your experience you will have the opportunity to view our range of hampers and other products.
