This hand-cut whole stem Chinese Ginger is hot and tender and delicious served with your favourite cheese or diced over ice cream.
We love these finely chopped with icecream or yoghurt. We also make a fabulous pudding by chopping ginger and syrup to taste into whipped cream and then sandwiching between ginger nut biscuits and coating with any excess. After a few hours the biscuit softens and behaves more like cake... scrummy!
