Fresh, sustainably farmed salmon fillets, sweet cured using a traditional Scandinavian marinade of aromatic dill, sugar and crushed black peppercorns.

A delicious starter or light lunch, traditionally served with Dill Sauce mixed with sour cream and a simple, dressed green salad; also gorgeous with dill roasted beetroot and shallots.
