Fine food accompaniments and condiments to pair with our scrummy smoked foods including Crackers and Canapé Shells; Cotswold Gold's Rapeseed Oil; Fino Olive Oil and award-winning Dark & White Balsamic Vinegar; delicious Sea Salt seasoning from Halen Mon hand-harvested on Angelsey.
We also offer our very own range of Preserves, specially hand stirred to partner our smoked produce, including our ever-popular Preservation Society's Very Chilli Jam and we have a selection of Sauces, Mustards & Mayo that includes Tracklements Dill Sauce, Horseradish Cream and Dijon Mustard.
Our wonderful Welsh specialities & delicacies like Laverbread, Laver Seaweed Sprinkles, Cockles, and Raw Local Welsh Honey, harvested from the banks of the Usk less than 500m away, and our excellent selection of Pâtés and Terrines remain ever-popular with our customers.
To finish, we offer delicious Salted Caramel Sauce from Halen Mon, Boozy Fruits, Blackcurrant Couli and Welsh Aberffraw Shortbread make the easiest, laziest most luxurious pudding (all you need to buy is the ice cream). And last but not least, we provide tasty Artisan Chocolate Bars, handcrafted Truffles and Chocolate-Coated Coffee Beans.
