We Smoke Fishermen's Fish
Black Mountains Smokery undertakes commission smoking of fishermen’s fish – trout and salmon.

It is best to phone or contact us to book your fish in. You can then deliver it to us frozen with instructions for smoking and slicing. We will phone you when it is smoked to arrange for collection or dispatch.
We charge £20 per salmon and from £8 for trout depending on size.
Plus optional slicing and/or delivery charges:
Cured and smoked, trimmed, pinboned & vac-packed
Please note that we cannot offer this service between end October and the New Year.
