Award-winning, Gouda type organic cheese made from locally produced raw milk on the farm in Ceredigion, Wales. It has a dense, smooth and creamy texture and a mellow flavour that gets stronger with age. Locally harvested laver seaweed is added during the cheesemaking process which gives a mild saltiness. Excellent when toasted or grilled as it melts in strings and great on pizza.
Because the cheese is hand-made by the Teifi cheesemaker, each batch will vary slightly from the next.
The cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
