Hand fermented slaw with added turmeric, pepper and natural fibre to pack in the nutrients and gorgeous colour. Use as a condiment with any meal (BBQ anyone?) or use as a gut-friendly yummy snack. Mixed with mayonnaise it's a coleslaw treat.
Add mayo or greek yoghurt and walnuts to make a coleslaw or just enjoy as it comes.
