Delicious and fruitful, awarding-winning sirops. Perfect for drizzling over smoked meat salads and equally delicious added to a glass of bubbly, inventive cocktails or mineral water! We also sell Brookes Dairy ice cream in our smokery shop and these provide the perfect pairing!

Here's a delicious suitably Royal Raspberry Cocktail, inspired by Preservation Society and Will from Silenus: "Add a large dash of Ravishingly Raspberry Sirop to mint and ice, add a large gin, top with tonic, sprinkle some pomegranate seeds ..... and Cheers!"

Make fabulous squash or mocktails with these fruitful cordials, add to a glass of fizz or simply drizzle over ice cream!

Store in a cool, dry place. 

Refrigerate once opened and use within one month.

Ingredients:

Raspberry Sirop: Whole Raspberries, Local Three Saints Cider Vinegar 26%, Sugar. 

Bramble Sirop: Whole blackberries 42%, Local Three Saints Cider Vinegar 26%, Sugar.

The fruit is steeped for a week before pressing, cooking and bottling by hand.

 

Please note allergens shown in bold.

Produced by hand in a facility that handles Nuts, gluten, milk, mustard, soya and sulphites.
