Our favourites from Trealy Farm, locally produced free range charcuterie. Salamis full of natural sweetness intensified with a variety of herbs and spices. Great value chunks to slice yourself or sliced packs. Wonderful air dried ham,"Coppa" made from marbled pork shoulder cuts cured with Rosemary and aromatic carpaccio made from wild venison.

Serve with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and other Mediterranean favourites. Also delicious with oven-roasted shallots and a balsamic dressing or as a canape with cream cheese and a sprinkle of Welshman's Caviar.

Venison Carpaccio: Free Range Pork 140g/100g, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrate. Non edible casing.

 Ready to eat.

Shelf life: 35 - 42 days.

Product Care:

Keep refrigerated below 5 °C. Eat within 3 days of opening. 

To ensure longest shelf life, please order in advance for your preferred delivery date (Tuesday to Friday). This enables us to plan our production and reduce waste.

Postage and packaging: FREE for hampers and on orders over £125 for UK mainland delivery, £5 surcharge for requested morning delivery. For orders under £125 that are not hampers, there is a delivery charge of £9.50 for premium delivery before 2pm or £12.95 for delivery before noon.

Orders can normally be delivered within 3 days of receipt of your order by overnight courier. However, it is important to order in advance especially at Christmas.
