Smoked Duck & Chicken
Multi Award-Winning Smoked Chicken breast and Smoked Duck breast are best served at room temperature, with anything fruity. They are rich in taste and can be used sparingly, thinly sliced with little additional seasoning required.
You can serve as a nibble with drinks, around a bowl of one of our Preserves or on Canapé Shells with crème fraîche and a red berry, for an easy way of entertaining. Our Smoked Chicken is also fabulous in a creamy caesar salad or served with crispy bacon & mayo.
