Pwll Mawr Welsh Cheddar is a local, hand produced cheddar cheese, matured 300 feet below ground in a converted mine shaft. Its mature yet creamy flavour is wonderfully complimented by natural oak smoking.
Smoked cheese makes an interesting addition to a classic cheeseboard and a really good ingredient- or just enjoy a chunk in your fingers with a crisp apple!
Try using our smoked cheddar in a macaroni cheese or as a gratin on any bake.
