Very intense in flavour and relatively coarse, these trims are the outermost slices of our smoked salmon. Really good value and a great ingredient used with cream, crème fraiche, cream cheese or eggs.
Use finely chopped in quiches, smoked salmon pasta dishes, pâtes and dips. Serve diced with scrambled eggs and a sprinkling of garden herbs. Please see our recipes pages for more ideas and inspiration!
