Our Smoked Salmon Trims are very intense in flavour and relatively coarse but still delicious. These trims are the outermost slices of our smoked salmon. They are excellent value and a great ingredient used with cream, crème fraiche, cream cheese or eggs.
We recommend you use our trims finely chopped in quiches, for smoked salmon pasta dishes, pates and dips. You can also serve them diced with scrambled eggs and a sprinkling of garden herbs for an easy and treaty breakfast or brunch. Remember you will not need to add any salt!
