These little pastry cups can be filled well in advance, (a good hour), without becoming soggy and some of our more inventive customers have even started using them in the oven for hot nibbles…. Keep your canape cases fresh, in a tupperware box or biscuit tin, once they have been opened…. You can also freeze them but they must then be freshened in the oven before using……..

This delicious biltong is made on the George Family farm in Pembrokeshire from their own grass-fed Welsh beef…. They are as passionate about provenance, sustainability and great quality produce as we are – and it really shows in their biltong……..

The Original Flavour is delicately seasoned with garlic, coriander and black pepper and the Chilli Flavour has a hint of red chilli and cayenne pepper…. 

High in protein and free from added sugar, gluten,artificial flavourings and colourings…. It’s the perfect snack…. 

Our famous Welsh Dragon Sausage is a pork, leek and chilli sausage made by our local butchers…. Hot-smoked for even more flavour!
