Smokey Jo's delicious Smoked Salmon Pâté (200g - £5.95) is made in house. (NOT suitable for home freezing - 10 days shelf life.) We also make Smoked Mackerel, Kiln Roast Salmon and Sea Bass Pâtés from time to time which we advertise in our newsletters.
Our wonderful French pâtés and terrines are made using traditional ingredients and methods from family recipes. Jars can be stored at ambient temperature and have long shelf life. Best served chilled but not too cold. Enjoy with spelt oat fingers as a nibble with drinks or spread on hot wholemeal toast. Choose from Lobster, Trout and Salmon, Duck, Goose and Wild Boar.
