Smokey Jo's delicious Smoked Salmon Pâté (200g - £5.95) is made in house. (NOT suitable for home freezing - 10 days shelf life.) We also make Smoked Mackerel Pâté, Kiln Roast Salmon Pâté and Sea Bass Pâté from time to time which we advertise in our newsletters.
NEW this season we have introduced wonderful artisan Chicken Liver and Duck Liver Pâtés produced from high welfare poultry in kilner jars which are as good as my homemade but with a long chilled shelf life. There is also a vegetarian Edamame Bean Pâté suitable for vegans.
Our ambient French game pâtés and fish terrines are made using traditional ingredients and methods from family recipes. Jars can be stored at temperature and have long shelf life. Best served chilled but not too cold. Enjoy with spelt oat fingers as a nibble with drinks or spread on hot wholemeal toast. Choose from Lobster, Trout and Salmon Terrine, which love a small pinch of sea salt to serve. The Duck and Orange, Wild Boar and Goose with Chestnut Pâtés are coarse and pork based. Best served with one of our chutneys or jellies! Bon appetit!
