Delicious tender beef slow-cooked, shredded and potted with duck fat. It is then enhanced with the warming tang of horseradish. Great served on crusty farmhouse bread. This is an ambient product with a long shelf life.
It's a fabulous versatile meal course perfect for appetisers, sandwiches, snacks or a crunchy salad.
Best enjoyed with crusty farmhouse bread and a glass of red wine. Alternatively pile into our canape shells for a delicious party nibble with drinks.
125g with a best-before date of 12 months from date of production (see side of jar). Store in a cool place.
Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.
Ingredients: free range Cornish beef 71.07%, duck fat, creamed horseradish 3.19% (milk, egg, mustard), Cornish sea salt, horseradish powder 0.07%.

We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
