Red Legged Partridge - 12 Chocolate Eggs filled with Salted Caramel and hazelnut praline. Layers of dark and milk chocolate are then filled with ganache and gently salted caramel or fine hazelnut praline before being wrapped in a fine sugar shell and life-like speckles.

The Red-Legged Partridge was first introduced to Britain from France in the late seventeenth century. He is a sociable bird and enjoys the company of family and friends. Young fledglings remain in their family groups long after they are fully grown. If you are lucky enough to get to Tresco island in the Scilly Isles they can be seen tamely pottering in and out of the gardens and hedgerows.

“With his heart-shaped face, beige back and wings and fluffy white trousers, the Barn Owl is a much loved bird of the British countryside.
Barn Owls are nocturnal hunters and have excellent night vision with which to catch their prey.”

Madeleine Floyd writes, “Previously persecuted almost to the brink of extinction, these magnificent birds now grace the skies once more, soaring overhead on thermals, swooping down to feed. They have now steadily extended their range north and west in the UK. The Red Kite is monogamous, with 2-3 chicks per year. It has been one of the major conservation success stories of the last 20 years.”
