Join us for a festive day full of flavour at Christmas Tasting  2025 here at Black Mountains Smokery. We’ll welcome you with a glass of mulled wine or freshly brewed coffee and invite you to sample a delicious selection of our award-winning smoked foods, including our Oak Smoked Smoked Salmon, Smoked Duck, Chicken, and more.

Tasting in person makes all the difference. You’ll experience the textures, flavours, and aromas exactly as they should be enjoyed, fresh and beautifully presented. Our team will be on hand throughout the day to chat with you, answer your questions, and share expert advice.

We’ll guide you through pairings, serving suggestions, and festive food ideas, helping you plan the perfect spread for Christmas entertaining. Whether you’re hosting a party, gifting a hamper, or building your dream cheeseboard, we’ll show you how to bring everything together with confidence and ease.

Please place your Christmas Ham order by Saturday 15th November. This helps us finalise numbers for production. We make each ham to order, and they’re always in high demand.
