Angiddy is an award-winning soft cheese produced by Brooke’s Dairy, a small family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened soft cheese, similar to a brie or camembert. It is made with Jersey milk from the family herd which gives the cheese a golden yellow colour and a rich, creamy taste.
Angiddy won a Gold at the World Cheese Awards at the end of 2017, just a few months after first being launched.
