Hot-smoked and ready to eat – smoked poultry is fabulous for quick and easy starters and salads and makes delicious fillers for sandwiches, rolls, wraps or pita breads.
Smoked poultry, chicken, duck and quail are best served at room temperature, with anything fruity. Rich in taste and they can be used sparingly, thinly sliced with little additional seasoning required. Serve around a dipping bowl of Thai Jelly or Chilli Jam as a nibble with drinks or on crustini with creme fraiche and a berry. Smoked Chicken is also fabulous in a creamy Caesar Salad or served with crispy bacon & mayo!
