Smoked Chicken & Cider Jelly Crostini
Smoked Chicken Breast - thinly sliced
Crostini - I like the mildly chilli ones
Apple Cider Jelly or Spiced Citrus Jelly

Fromage Frais - optional
Apple or nectarine peel - slivered and candied in sugar water
Simply add a spoonful of fromage frais and then Jelly onto each crostini and top with each of the other ingredients to make wonderful nibbles.
Our Canapé Shells can also be used as an alternative base or as an addition to the Crostini for extra textures!
