As part of our Artisan Range, our award-winning sourdough crackers and crispbreads are proudly supplied by Peter’s Yard, inspired by Swedish master baker Peter Ljungquist’s dedication to traditional baking. Made from a 45-year-old sourdough starter and fermented for 16 hours, each batch delivers authentic flavour and an irresistible crunch.
Handcrafted without shortcuts or artificial ingredients, these sourdough delights reflect a shared passion for quality and craftsmanship—bringing you the very best of Peter’s Yard, right here at Black Mountains Smokery.

Milk, rye flour, wheat flour (Wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Nacin), sourdough 12% (rye flour, water), wholemeal wheat flour, honey, salt.
Made in a factory where nuts and seasame are handled.

Why do we charge £9.95 per delivery?
Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
At Black Mountains Smokery we like to be transparent, we don’t hide our delivery charges elsewhere. We hope our quality of service and produce is worth the small extra cost.
