Apple County Cider Co's lightly sparkling medium perry is made from 100% Blakeney Red pear juice and wild yeast fermentation. The cider has Môre than 6 months to mature and develop complex flavours - the result is a refreshing perry with delicate caramel aromas and a long and elegant finish.

Apple County Cider is a family business, run jointly by Ben and Steph in rural Monmouthshire.

"Great cider is a timeless joy to us at Apple County. Our cider is made from a single variety of bitter-sweet apples all grown in local orchards. We approach cider-making with all the skills and reverence of a traditional winemaker, allowing the distinctive flavours of each variety to develop through a slow, cool fermentation."

The apple trees at Whitehouse Farm were planted by Ben's stepfather Jimmy in the 60's who grew apples under contract to a national cider-maker. Jimmy latterly experimented with making his own real cider and encouraged Ben to join him. In 2008 Ben answered his calling and decided to move back to the family farm to become a full-time cider maker, Ben is incredibly passionate about cider and has always been a cider-drinker, in 2014 Apple County Cider was born.

Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
