We have found that Damson Negroni is the perfect liquid accompaniment to our Smoked Duck! The fruitiness pairs wonderfully with the smokiness of the duck and the bitterness provides a wonderful contrast. Enjoy with Smoked Duck and Hedgerow & Port Jelly Canapes, or, get inventive and create a wonderful sauce or drizzle for the duck.
