Tribal Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry
Serves 3

40g Tribal Paste
1 courgette - cubed
1 red pepper - cubed
300g pork - cubed
1 red chilli - sliced thinly
10ml cooking oil
Small bunch coriander - chopped
Salt
Pepper

Method

  • In a wok over a high heat, add the cooking oil.
  • Once the oil is warmed, add pork cubes and stir-fry to seal the pork.
  • Add in the Tribal paste and combine until the aroma is released.
  • Add red peppers and courgette and stir.
  • Season if desired and add the sliced chilli. 
  • Turn the heat to medium low and cover with a lid.
  • Stir in between cooking times.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes.
  • Once cooked, turn off the heat, add the coriander and stir.
  • Serve with rice or plain noodles.

 

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

Onions, rapeseed oil, water, lemongrass, lime juice, ginger, garlic, galangal, demerara sugar, chilli, salt, black pepper, mushroom powder, herbs.
