Cotswold Gold Mayonnaise, made from extra virgin cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil, on the farm where it is grown, is mild and creamy. It has a delicious nutty flavour and amazing colour. It is rich and smooth, it is almost a cross between mayonnaise and hollandaise sauce.

This mayonnaise is the perfect accompaniment for Smoked Chicken or Oak Roasted Salmon. This product was inspired after featuring on the BBC with Raymond Blanc (Kitchen Secrets 2011) and then with James Martin (The Food Map 2013).
