Cooked & Honey Mustard Glazed Ham

Although all cooked hams are pre-glazed, the vac packs can make the glaze a little soft so we suggest you top it up and fill your kitchen with the fragrance of deliciousness. Jo always uses a cook's blow torch to caramelise the glaze - they're not too expensive and are so useful to have!

Add extra Marmalade Glaze made from our Seville Orange Marmalade, brown sugar, and Tracklement's Dijon Mustard and dot with cloves.

Or  extra Honey Mustard paste with brown sugar, honey, and Tracklement's Dijon Mustard and spread over the ham, and dot with cloves.

 We have ordered this ham on several occasions and always been very pleased, it has always been succulent and delicious. I tend to coat it with an additional honey-mustard glaze (Dijon mustard with Afon Mel honey) and push in a few cloves (five or six seems to work well), then put it in the oven. Will definitely keep buying this ham.
