Our smoked fish is delicately cured and Traditionally Produced using natural, smoldering oak smoke. 

We source our fish carefully from well-managed sustainable stocks or farms as advised by the MCS.  The Haddock, Mackerel, and Herring are from North Sea stocks and the Trout and Seabass are from carefully run farms. For more information visit the Consumer Guide to Sustainable Seafood.

Smoked fish is very convenient - and it's good for you; full of healthy oils including Omega 3. Easy to prepare and fabulous value as a ready-to-eat meal or a great way to liven up a Fish Pie or Kedgeree. Ho-smoked Trout and sea bass are delicious served with salad paired with beetroot chutney or a mild horseradish cream.
