In 1982, The Onstwedders came to Wales from Holland with dreams of organic farming. They soon set about reviving the lost tradition of using raw milk and local ingredients to make high quality artisanal cheese. Caws Teifi Cheese is now the longest established artisan cheese maker in Wales.

Teifi Cheese are the most highly awarded cheesemakers in Britain. Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
