The beautiful Hedgerow jelly has delicate notes of elderberry and blackberries which make the smoked cheddar with paprika sing. A serving suggestion for the cheese is a rarebit or gratin topping but with the delicious black pepper and sea salt crackers, it didn’t last long enough to make it into a recipe.
