Cotswold Gold Mayonnaise, made from extra virgin cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil, on the farm where it is grown, is mild and creamy. It has a delicious nutty flavour and amazing colour. It is rich and smooth, it is almost a cross between mayonnaise and hollandaise sauce.
