Welshman's caviar is handpicked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast which has been dried and toasted for a unique depth of flavour, capturing vitamins and mineral goodness from the sea. The toasted laver flakes are fantastic as a garnish for fish dishes or a sprinkle on top of your scrambled eggs or bacon butties as well as in soups and stir-fries as well Welshman's caviar is a term apparently coined by Richard Burton for his love of laverbread.

Delicious sprinkled into scrambled eggs or over Welsh rarebit. Better still soften in melted butter and use for cooking fish and shellfish.

Why do we charge £9.95 per delivery?
Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
