Award-winning duck rillette with cranberries and Grand Marnier is one of our new products. Duck legs poached in duck fat, shredded and combined with aromatic spices and cranberries soaked in Grand Marnier.

This is an ambient product with long shelf life.

Keep this product in your ladrer and enjoy with a crusty piece of buttered sourdough, or on a cracker with some Pwll-Mawr Cheddar.

Enjoy as part of a ploughman's with a fruity ale.

125g with a best before date of 12 months from the date of production (see side of jar). Store in a cool place. Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.

Ingredients: shredded duck leg meat 69%, duck fat, cranberries 3.5%, Grand Marnier 3% (sulphites), Cornish sea salt, five spice.

Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.

At Black Mountains Smokery we like to be transparent, we don’t hide our delivery charges elsewhere. We hope our quality of service and produce is worth the small extra cost.
