Here is a great slaw recipe to try that goes wonderfully with our Smoked Salmon:
For the SLAW -
- 1 large cucumber - sliced very thin (A mandolin slicer helps here but you can do it by hand)
- 3 eating apples skin on and thinly sliced
- 1 large red onion thinly sliced thinly
- 2 big spoons of capers
Place in a bowl and add a good pinch of Halen Mon Sea Salt, stir and set aside for half an hour.
For the DRESSING -
- 1/3 Jones apple cider vinegar (any of the blends will work here)

This apple cider vinegar makes a fabulous salad vinaigrette with Fino olive oil and Welsh honey and dijon mustard.
