Tracklements Strong Horseradish Cream is made with strong, fresh English horseradish root. This is perfect with beef.

Tempered with creme fraiche, it makes a milder sauce for Smoked Trout, Oak Roasted Salmon, eel or Fish Pâtés. Delicious combined with Beetroot and served with Smoked Mackerel.

Mix with Crème fraiche or greek yohurt to make a delicious sauce for any smoked fish. Add lemon juice and zest for added fragrance.

The sauce is great with smoked trout and fish pate and is, of course, more or less mandatory with Sunday roast beef.
