Dragon Welsh Salted Butter, rolled in Welshmans Caviar Seaweed Sprinkle and gently smoked over Welsh oak here in Crickhowell, Wales - just how Welsh and how mind-meltingly tasty can butter be? Available seasonally in the spring.
This butter is beautiful when spread on to hot sourdough toast, melted over new potatoes and green vegetables or infused in scrambled eggs or mash potato. However, our favourite use has to be for cooking any fish or prawns either in a pan or in foil parcels!
Try using seaweed butter for cooking fish or shellfish - it is known as black butter in Pembrokshire.

Suitable for Home Freezing - Freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months.
