This butter is beautiful when spread on to hot sourdough toast, melted over new potatoes and green vegetables or infused in scrambled eggs or mash potato. However, our favourite use has to be for cooking any fish or prawns either in a pan or in foil parcels!
Try using seaweed butter for cooking fish or shellfish - it is known as black butter in Pembrokshire.
Your butter freezes incredibly well. I'd saved my last pack for this year's asparagus and it's delicious!
