A fabulous recipe from the producers of Sorai that we've adapted slightly to give it an extra delicious smokey flavour!
Smokey Chicken & Prawn Noodle Soup for 2
110gm egg noodles cooked
100g Smoked Chicken (finely sliced)
1 spring onion (sliced)
50g bean sprouts
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 pak choi bulb (cut into pieces)
400ml chicken stock
3 tbp Intense Ginger Garlic
2 tbp cooking oil
Add onion and garlic to the cooking oil and fry till slightly brown, add chicken and fry further.
Add stock and allow to simmer.
Add prawns, noodles, pak choy, bean sprout, Intense Ginger Garlic and allow to simmer.
Add spring onion and season to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
